He has worked in West Coast Paper Mills Ltd., Dandeli, JK Tire Plant, Kankroli (Raj). Worked as Senior Vice President (Power Plant) in Century Pulp and Paper, Lalkuan (UP), a Unit of BK Birla Group and in Shree Cement Limited, Beawar (A BG Bangur Group).

Dr.Surya Kumar Singh
Experienced power plant professional with a demonstrated history of working in power industry. Exceptionally strong track record in terms of complete plant performance with overall responsibility in all areas of Operation & Maintenance. he is a B.Tech (Mech.) from IIT, Kharagpur and also carries multiple professional degrees like MBA, LLM, M.Sc., Ph.D., BOE, Energy Auditorand PGD in Material Management. He is having vast and versatile experience of more than four decades and achieved world class benchmark during his work tenure. He has worked as Sr. Vice President - Power Plant in Grasim Industries Ltd, Welspun Ltd. - Anjar, Larsen & Turbo Ltd. - Baroda, TISCO - Jamshedpur.
Sr. President
Rakesh Sitoke
A highly qualified and a miraculous power plant professional. He is a B.E. (Mech.) 1977 from MANIT Bhopal. He started his career from MPEB and then joined SAIL as Graduate Engineer and rose up to the level of Head at SAIL. Completed his Master's degree in ''Heat Power Engineering'' from NIT Rourkela in 1986.
He has a wide exposure to all the types of boilers (AFBC, CFBC, PF Fired, Gas Fired etc.). He has undergone through various training courses like "Operation Management'' at British Steel (U.K), Turbine O&M at BHEL Hyderabad and 'Boiler O&M' at Elektrim (Poland). He also served as visiting guest faculty to IIPM Rourkela, National Safety Council (Orissa), REC Rourkela and Central Power Training Institute Rourkela. After a successful carrier as Thermal Power Engineer at SAIL for 27 Years, he switched over to Pvt. Sector and worked abroad for five years with Global Steel (ISPAT Group) at Nigeria & Libya.
He successfully re-commissioned 110 MW TPP at Ajaokutta Steel, Nigeria which was lying idle for full 14 yrs. On return to India he joined M/s Electro Steel Ltd. and was instrumental in finalizing their technical orders at China for its new Captive Power Plant at Bokaro under its upcoming steel plant project.
In last 10 years, Mr. Sitoke was main resource at Monnet Ispat & Mayur Suitings (LNJ Group) and was successful in the turnaround of their CPPs within a short period. His major strength is revival of old and sick thermal units.
